Not everyone that steps into a boxing gym wants to compete, Ring London recognizes that fact and gears our fitness class to those who want the excellent workout that only boxing can provide but have no desire to ever fight competitively.
Our fitness class runs right along side our competitive class, all members will warm up together, and then break into separate "stations" geared towards their specific goals.
Lose weight, gain self confidence, learn a little self-defence, these are the things that are gurantee's in our class.
Some of our members decide that after a while they would like to join our competitive class..no problem just let one of our many qualified coaches know and we will gear your workout to your new goals!
Come down any Monday, Wednesday or Friday form 6:45-8:30 and try us out, we guarantee you will be hooked!
